Return and Refund Policy for Ecliptique Beauty

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and the accuracy of your order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

  • Reporting an Issue: To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at ecliptiquebeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Required Information: In your email, please include:

    • Your Order Number
    • A clear description of the issue (e.g., "magnetic lash strip broken," "received wrong style,")
    • Clear photo and/or video evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This is crucial for us to assess the issue and process your claim efficiently.
  • Our Review: Once we receive your claim and evidence, we will review it within 1-3 business days.

  • Resolution Options: If your claim is approved, we will offer you one of the following solutions at our discretion:

    • A full refund to your original payment method.
    • A replacement item of the same product, sent to you at no additional cost.

    Given the nature of our products and our business model, for approved claims of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we typically do not require you to return the item. This saves you the hassle and cost of return shipping. We will inform you if, in a rare case, a return is necessary.

2. Hygiene Policy - Non-Returnable Items

Due to the hygienic nature of magnetic eyelashes and related cosmetic products:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are deemed defective upon arrival (as per Section 1).
  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products if you have changed your mind after opening or using the product, or if the style is not to your personal preference but the product itself is not defective and matches the product description.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and images before purchasing.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, Ecliptique Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office and neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at ecliptiquebeauty@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you, though we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in such cases.

4. Order Cancellations or Modifications

  • We process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at ecliptiquebeauty@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order after this timeframe, as it may have already been processed by our fulfillment partners.

5. Refunds Processing Time

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not typically offer direct exchanges. If you have an issue with a product (e.g., defective), we will address it as outlined in Section 1 (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items), typically with a refund or replacement of the same item.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
