  • For certain high-demand products or those sourced from our specialized global partners, processing may occasionally take up to 7-10 business days to ensure quality.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.
  • While we strive to meet these estimates, please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, peak holiday seasons, or unforeseen carrier issues.

Shipping Origin:

  • To offer you the best products and prices, we partner with trusted international suppliers. As such, your order may be shipped from one of our global fulfillment centers.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available and update. 
  • You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Potential Delays:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), shipping carriers may experience higher volumes, potentially leading to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Incorrect Address:

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
